Payment Policy

1. Who you are paying

Payments for Prop Elite are collected by Aether AI Labs, registered in Malaysia under SSM registration number 202603189096 (003871416-X), of 43 Tringkap, 39100 Brinchang, Pahang, Malaysia. Billing questions go to [email protected].

2. What it costs

• Individual: RM 39.00 per seat per month.
• Company: RM 99.00 per seat per month.
• All prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). We do not bill in any other currency.
• A seat is a named user in your workspace. The amount charged is the number of seats you are buying multiplied by your plan's seat price.
• The exact amount, the seat count and any applicable tax are shown on screen before you confirm. Nothing is charged before that confirmation.

3. How payment is collected

• Payments are processed by our payment provider, AiPay, on its own secure checkout page. You are taken there from the billing screen and return to Prop Elite afterwards.
• The channels available are the Malaysian online banking and e-wallet options AiPay offers on that page. Your banking credentials are entered on the provider's page — we never receive, see or store them.
• Each payment buys one month of access for the seats it covers. Access opens as soon as the payment is confirmed.
• There is no automatic billing. We hold no direct debit instruction and no card mandate, so no further amount can ever be taken unless you start it yourself.

4. Adding seats mid-month

If you add a seat part-way through a paid month, you pay only for the days remaining in that period, not a full month.

• The amount is the plan's seat price multiplied by the days left in the current period, divided by 30.
• The added seat then renews with the rest of your workspace, so you have one renewal date rather than several.
• Removing a seat takes effect at your next renewal — see the Refund and Cancellation Policy.

5. Taxes

The amount shown on the payment screen is the total charged. No tax is added at checkout. If Malaysian service tax becomes chargeable on this service, it will be included in the price shown to you before you confirm, never added afterwards.

6. Receipts and records

• A receipt is issued for every successful payment and is available on the billing screen inside Prop Elite for as long as you have access.
• Each receipt records the amount, the date, the period it covers and the seats it was charged for.
• If you need a copy after your access has ended, write to [email protected].

7. When a payment does not complete

• If a payment is not completed at the provider, nothing is charged and no access is granted. You can simply start it again.
• If a payment succeeds but the provider's confirmation does not reach us, we detect it: pending payments are re-checked against the provider automatically, and a payment that succeeded is always credited to your workspace. You do not have to chase it.
• If a paid period ends without a new payment, the workspace becomes read-only immediately — you can still sign in, read everything and export your data. Nothing is deleted. Paying restores full access at once.
• We remind you 7 days before a paid period ends, and again the day before it ends.

8. Free trial

New workspaces may start a 14-day free trial. No payment details are required to begin one, nothing is charged when it ends, and it does not turn into a paid subscription on its own. You start paying only by choosing a plan and confirming a payment yourself.

9. Refunds, and getting in touch

Refunds, cancellation and chargebacks are covered in full by the Refund and Cancellation Policy. For anything about a specific payment — an amount you do not recognise, a receipt you need, a charge you believe is wrong — write to [email protected] and we will answer within 2 working days.
